"I lived here from 2016-2019 and had a great experience. Every time I had a request for management or maintenance they responded within less than 24 hours, and always resolved the issue with no problems. When I moved in, the apartment was perfectly cleaned and ready for me to move in to. I never saw a bug, and there was very little noise that I could I hear from my apartment. The bbq and pool area was always kept clean, and the manager Manuel was kind and attentive.

This property is cared for, and maintained professionally and meticulously, with outstanding on-premises oversight by the property manager.
You cannot ask for a better location (walking distance to all necessities, and the BEACH). It’s unlikely you’ll find renovated spacious units, which also allow pets.
